Mad Med is joining this project as a partner organization and is currently looking for 3 participants for the training. The project is aimed to address the topic of decision making and creative public solving in times of change.
OBJECTIVES
To introduce the concept and principles of Change Management in relation to youth work and NGO life.
To explore how creativity and flexibility in times of change can be used to tackle arising problems and create innovative solutions for working with target groups.
To provide youth workers with specific tools of creative problem solving and decision making.
To create a space for youth workers to try out gained knowledge and skills in practice, with focus on decision making and creative problem solving in changing environments;
To let youth workers create their own solutions and strategies of youth work for their communities.
Requirements
To be at least 18 years old.
Being able to work in English language.
Being present for the whole training.
Interest in topics and methods mentioned in info-pack.
Being an active a youth worker/leader/trainer /teacher or looking to work with youth in the future.
Previous experience with using English as a working language is an advantage.
Dissemination
Every involved organization will be asked to write (together with participants) an article about the project and present it on their websites: the activities we’ve had, impressions they’ve got and what impact they are expecting after.
Within a month after the training course, every partner organization is expected to organize follow up workshops on the topic of the training, led by participants.
COVID-19
The participants need to buy the flights tickets in advance and the travel costs will be reimbursed after the participation in the project.
The participants must purchase flights tickets with the possibility of change and refund in case of cancellation.
In case of new restrictions on entry or exit from the Czech Republic, the project will be postponed and each participant will request a flight change.
In case of new restrictions on entry or exit from Italy, the project will take place even without the Italian participants and each participant will request the refund for the cancellation of the flight.
It’s the responsibility of each applicant to handle the procedures of change/cancellation/refund of the tickets with agency/airlines (we can’t offer support with this).
There is a refund for the COVID-19 test in case it’s necessary to enter the Czech Republic or to return to Italy.
